Autumn Nature Table

I finally got around to putting the finishing touches on our autumn nature table - or should I say autumn windowsill? Miss J-L and I finished up our leaf window dressing project...

With our recent nature finds, we put together a couple of 'Bottled Autumn' jars. We did this last year and loved the effect. This time we dipped our leaves and rose hips in beeswax to preserve them for a little longer...


a little jar of collected seeds of the season...

and some harvested apples and our much loved autumn Brambly Hedge book...

Altogether, a lovely little autumn display. It makes me happy every time I look at it :o)

    Love your autumn "table"...on the windowsill. I need to look for a dried thistle for my table...awesome idea.
