Thrifty Find!

One of the gazillion things I love about England is the abundance of charity shops. We have 4 within walking distance of our home and the girls and I just luuuurve to pop in occasionally and browse.

Today I had a post office errand to run, so we popped into our favourite charity shop which happens to be right next door. *sigh* - look what I found...
The entire set cost me less than £5.00! What a bargain! I love a bargain :o)

I have a strange weakness for stationary and pretty crockery! I could not resist this autumnal themed set - especially considering that the official start of Autumn is just weeks away!

I just love the rose-hips and blackberries - I feel like I am walking along the hedgerows.

I know we haven't had much of a summer here in England this year - although today is stunning!- but I just can't help but get excited about the approaching new season!

      Believe it or not I found a matching tray in another charity shop today for £2.00 - Ridiculously lucky indeed :o)
